They operate several websites and in one case they have designed a website that could mislead people into thinking that it is the official Cancun airport website. If you visited their website and clicked to get information on the bus, it will only lead you to information on their service. We consider this a form of deceptive promotion and absolutely eliminates them from any promotion on our websites or in our products. We used cancun shuttle and for $130us we booked private roundtrip transfers to our hotel in Riviera Maya. Our neighbors use them everytime and say it is the way to go.
