When will these maps be done! today Wednesday 3/31

Perry is working on the Tulum map this morning, indexing hotels, (hey that’s my job!) and writing up some of our favorite restaurants. Looks like we are missing the breakfast menu for Charlies, so if any of you have that can you email it to us?

It’s probably in this mess somewhere.perry1

When will these maps be done!

Update #1

O.K., we promised some update information here, so I plan to write a little something each day, probably in the evening when most of our day is done.

Today Perry gave me side 2 of Riviera Maya, this is the Playa del Carmen to Tulum side, it’s my job to get the index done today, so in between answering emails, filling orders and helping with the newsletter,  I think I’ll have all of the hotels done, alphabetized and all located in their proper places.

Everyone who signed up for our newsletter should have received it today.  If you have not signed up for the newsletter and would like to receive it, go to cancunmap.com and sign up…it’s free and easy ;)

New toll road prices

Big  ”gracias” to Craig in Wisconsin for sending me the new toll road prices today!

The first toll coming from Cancun is 225 pesos, the  toll going on to Merida is now 130 pesos.

He was not certain but believes the toll at the Chichen Itza exit is now 80 pesos.

New golf cart prices

A golf cart on Isla Mujeres now rents for 500 pesos for the day, that is back by 5 pm

A 24 hour rental is now 600 pesos.

You must be a licensed driver to drive a golf cart, children are not allowed to drive carts.

You will have to leave your license at the rental office when you rent a cart, so be sure to bring it with you.

You will get a better deal if you pay for your cart rental with pesos.
