Great customer photos!
I’ve been getting some fun customer photos with their maps. We’re going to make an actual permanent page of these but, thought I’d share these with you now.

Mapchick gets lost!

O.K, I wasn’t lost lost! But you can imagine I was the butt of the joke here…
and Doris couldn’t resist snapping this photo. I’m glad she did, this was one of several very fun memories from this trip.
The true story..Isla Mujeres last year with a group of friends, 2 of the ladies had birthdays and we had carefully planned surprise massages for them. Chris recommended, Tonya, a massage therapist who lives in the colonias on Isla Mujeres and she does the massages at her house. Most who know Isla know, that up until recenlty there were no street signs, so you couldn’t say “she lives up on Sunny Hill Drive” the directions I got were, she lives by Casa Suaste. O.K, I got to Casa Suaste, (lucky I had a map, I’m not sure I would have remembered where it was!) then what? I had Tonya’s phone number and was able to call and was given directions from there. She actually lived the next block over. We made it, the ladies were surprised, had wonderful massages and all was well ![]()
This is just one of the great memories I have from updating the Isla Mujeres map last year..sorry, not posting all of our antics ![]()
Thank you amigas!!
La Gloria English School
Oh no, I made a mistake!
The location of La Gloria English school # C30 on my current Isla Mujeres map should be one block to the south. My sincere apologies to La Gloria English School.
If you are not familiar with this school on isla Mujeres please take a look at their website here La Gloria English School
I also show Karla y Samuel bakery # C29 one block further to the north than they should be.
